Returns & Exchanges Requirements

You have to first contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA number).

Note: Any items sent without an RMA number will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.

The package is in its original (undamaged, with no missing components or packing). We may ask you to provide some pictures or videoes before your exchanges or returns. We reserved the right to refuse if the product is returned damaged, or suffered damage due to improper handing or inappropriately packaged.
